Milan Design Week 2025

Isola Design Festival 2025, taking place during Milan Design Week (April 7–13), will showcase outstanding creative projects and innovative design solutions from around the world. This prestigious festival, organized by the international platform Isola Design, connects designers, architects, and manufacturers who focus on human-centered design and sustainability. The theme of this year’s festival, „Design is Human“, highlights a responsible approach to creation and its impact on society and the environment.

One of the designers presenting her work at this event is Slovak designer Lucia Kružlicová. As part of the 6th edition of Isola Design Gallery, she will introduce her research project emotionaLAB, which explores sustainability and the emotional response to design. Her exhibition will feature Butterfly, an innovative seating solution made from recycled plastic.
